I was kind of dreading having to deal with collections because I expected it to be stressful or uncomfortable, but it really wasn’t as bad as I had built it up in my head. The people I spoke with were nicer than I expected, and they actually worked with me in a reasonable way. It wasn’t some amazing experience or anything, but for what it was, it went okay and I appreciated that they were willing to help me sort things out instead of making it more difficult.

I applied during my lunch break and figured it would take a while, since I usually expect these things to drag on a bit. But the approval came through fast, which actually surprised me in a good way.

I was happy with the rates and fees. The interest felt fair, and I didn’t run into any weird surprise charges!!

OppLoans ended up being straightforward for me when it came time to pay everything back. I was a little nervous at first because my cousin had warned me that loans can feel stressful fast, but this didn’t feel as rigid as I expected.
What helped most was being able to work the payments around my pay schedule. Since I’m used to planning bills around payday, having that bit of flexibility made the whole thing feel more manageable.

It’s still a loan, so you definitely have to keep track of it and not ignore the payments. But overall, the repayment part felt easier and more flexible than I thought it would...

I’m giving it 4 stars because the cost is still high, so you definitely need to slow down and read it all before accepting, but for my situation at the time it did what I needed it to do.

I was expecting there might be some delay or little glitch, but the payment went through right on time. It showed up right away too, so there wasn’t any guessing or stressing about it. Overall, it was a lot easier than I thought it might be
